He has anything from normal Ice Goblins, to Priests, Evokers and Wizards (yes Wizards) as placeholders. HOWEVER, sometimes the placeholder or the Alchemist does not spawn after 16 mins. Just be prepared for a very LONG camp.

Any trash in the room. What I thought was his placeholder, a goblin evoker, wasn't, because he spawned 30 seconds after killing the evoker. Btw he's pitifully easy, my pet solo'd him. Ok I'm lv 35 mage and was really bored :)

I'm not sure if I'm just ultra lucky or what... but i got the cloak on my first try with the alchemist, the first time i visited Perma. After that i roamed the place a little, killed one of his PH and then killed him again for the legs.

This thing is a super *** ultra rare drop. Camped the thing for a good 30 hours total, and walked out with 19 pairs of legs, and ONE cloak.

I have been wanting to camp/kill this guy but I can't even step more than a couple feet into perma without being swarmed by con green goblins. I am lvl 39, why do the greenies still jump me?

Because they are more aggro than normal, invis yourself and go to the camp and you'll be fine ;-)

The cloak is his rare drop while the leggings are common. That means the cloak drops maybe 10% of the time.

how do you get the cloak to drop? or is it just a really rare drop?

I don't know that he's level 27, or at least not always. I camped him for about 5 or 6 hours last night and he conned blue every time at level 25. Quite happy with me Mammoth Hide Cloak though. =)
