Edit to say I have no idea why stuff is that order in the log file. Not thrilled since there is no fast way to get that faction back.

Go to crushbone and kill everything you see. Its gives you faction in OoT (I'm indiff now, started apprehensive). It also gives you faction in Fiorona Vie.
