I would love to get a set of these leggings for my cleric. But, I've been killing elemental warriors and monstrosities for over an hour, and no sign of him. Anyone have a hint of his spawn timer, or his placeholder?

This mob is lower than level 42.
The level 55 Shaman pet is a level 39 Warrior pet which cons green to me.
The Elemental Striker, which I have killed a half-dozen times is always conning grey.
It is probably level 36 or so. I have always seen the mob on the walkway over the Construct pit between the castle and the "window room" over the pit.
The ring has been the most common drop for me. I have also looted the plate greaves. I was told by peeps in /ooc that it will also drop leather pants with stats/effects similar to the plate greaves, but that is hearsay and I am unable to confirm the leather drop.
