He seems like a very common pop, everytime I looked for him he was up. I think the problem may be with people killing him.
He is not a common pop - i have seen him only twice trying to do quest - he wanders - but also is not on a good bit of the time - and me not being a ranger makes that tough )). Any info on where i am sure to find him if i sit long enough? Everything is gren on that side of the wall pretty much so not much to do.....

Ok I solved it myself
If you want to kill Blixkin Entopop feel free to do so as often as you like and here's a good way to do it and still keep faction good with him and RV merchants and the banker of RV.
Buy 800 bandages ( cost me about 40pp ) thats 40 stacks of 20 per stack. Then go kill Blixkin, after blixkin is dead take the bandages to Joogl Honeybugger who is in the hut in the SE corner of the newbie side of misty thicket. turn in the stacks of bandages 4 stacks of 20 at a time to him to improve your faction with all 4 faction hits you took when you killed blixkin.
Well good luck, I just figuered this out on
1-31-02 so I plan to be killing him alot from now on whenever I stop in to Misty.

I have killed Blixkin a few times and now the RV banker , Blixkin of course and the honeybuggers all look at me threateningly so i cant turn in bandages and have to avoid blixkin every time i port to misty. I am turning in beads and brlts for faction, my faction is going up with the merchants of RV and the mayor but doesnt seem to be going up with blixkin or the banker
What else can I do to improve faction so i can bank in RV again?

I believe he is on the Rivervale Merchants Faction. You can get this worked up by turning in Runneye Warbeads (four at a time to the sheriff above the bank in Rivervale). It takes a long time to work up faction this way. Does anyone know of a quicker way?
FYI - Killing this guy will drop you faction one whole level. I killed this guy five times and went from kindly to dubious. He will destroy your faction with the Rivervale Merchants. Trust me. I con kindly to the guards and dubious to Blixkin and all the Rivervale Merchants.

This guy's really got it in for Dark Elves.
You don't gain standing with him by killing Goblins (went from KoS to Warmly with the guards on them and he remained the same).
Does anyone know what faction controls his agro?

I had a run in with Blixkin before as a level 16 high elf magician. I was doing the Bracelet of the Beetlekind quest trying to obtain one and I accidentally gave his pet ember the box filled with the stuff! Eeek! So as a mage with a pet, I sent my pet after Blixkin, nuked his spider, looted it for the box, gated to the entrance to Rivervale and zoned =). It was really funny and I was proud of myself. =)
