i have been here over 6 hours today there has not been a single mob that has spawned near this stump with an axe in it multiple mobs around the side of the room. help :)

Confirmed on Agnarr server. There is nothing spawning in this particular spawn-point.

868, 107, -602 is the /loc for this mob. If you have Brewall's maps, you go down the "Ladder A" and then head just south to the "Cargo Hold". Lascar first class was there when I got there.

inside the room after using Ladder A and going immediately south you'll find the stump, the PH is Lascar first class, and a Broken Skull mystic

Anything can be his PH, Spent about an hour and half there and had multiple mob names pop in his location. As Stated it's the one nearest the stump with the axe in it.
This mob is just called Broken Skull Armsmaster, not the Broken Skull Armsmaster

Needs to be flagged as 1.5 Berserker prequest mob.
He NEEDS to be killed by the Berserker.
Once he emotes use War Cry - Upon death he will yield the fine steel net.

Warning! This is the correct text for your map file, but the coordinates are OPPOSITE in game. We wandered around for a while trying to find those, only to realize it is backwards in game.
At exactly that location, there is a little stump with an axe in it. In a room with about 5 mobs. You can get the Place holder with 1 or 2 adds. The respawn is 30 mins. Took about 5-6 spawns. Just as everyone else has written, at about 15-20% he will give a special message.
Use your 'War Cry' ability. EXACTLY that one, no other, no variation of it. And, it works perfectly. Says something about 'he succumbs to your frenzy' or something. Pick up the net, turn it into the earlier guild master. On to the real quest!

Well, I've camped this room for 3 hours a day for 4 days and have had him spawn 4 times. The 1st two times he drop the compass and a Runed Sash of Fury. The next 2 times he dropped a Necklace of Somber Dreams.
My group consisted of all me . . .
58 RNG, 58 SK, 58 ENC, 57 CLR
We did well, got decent experience and I walked out every evening with 1000pp after selling of Gems and VT.
Moved on to the Medical Bay and then going to the Pump Room.

killed this guy last night. dropped a 10 ac 10 str 5 sta 5 wis 5 int 40 hp 30 mana belt.... think name was runed sash of fury
Down first ladder, straight across, back right corner, leave room, go straight across, not right down the hallway...back right corner, behind a stump with an axe in it..
