Can spawn from any of the recluses on the spider island with the rainbow. Long respawn timer, and killing all of the spiders on the island starts the ring event. If the raid named isn't up or an ominous spider pops instead, you will be dealing with 20ish "an erratic spider" for 30+ minutes.
Very annoying camp.

I popped into Air today and saw this Lossenmachar on track. He was white to me at level 69.
this guy a 1 group thing or part of a raid event?
A pretty straight-up fight, regular (non-AE) rampage, enrages, no AE or anything.
