Got one of these last night on a Guild raid.
Dropped off of a Lithe Shadow.
We killed Lesser and Greater Shadow's and Lithe Shadow's would pop in their place so no special tricks to get them to pop.
Also dropped Blackened mace everytime except the time it dropped the cord.
Just my Experience.
