Usable by large races AND ELF? That's not supposed to be possible.

Actually, I'm fairly sure you're talking about the BLACK Feathered Circlet, which drops off the named Owlbears in the Owlbear Cave. That particular one CAN be worn by Human Clerics.

However, the OWLBEAR Feathered Circlet as pictured, is accurate to my knowledge. It drops off the wandering Owlbear prince outside of the cave. It is only wearable by large races (picked it up before realizing that once).

I've had both, and only one was wearable by a Human Cleric.

I solo'd the bear with my beastlord when he was lvl 30. Ive gotten both the brain and the circlet. Although the circlet is sittin in the bank cause i decided to stick with formans skull cap, but i dont wanna destroy it since its + meditate ;)

useable by Iksar

This little beauty is now useable by Iksars. Looks like all beastlord-capable races can use it now.

Love to get this

I can see it now.... Long camp hard fight and when I finally place this wonderful Shaman helm on my head lo and behold! It'll be the damn polar bear again! Hehe all round nice shammy helm right here, although I'm rarther disappointed that such few shammy stuff is showing up so far, namely a few nice wis caster items with great stats and inculdes wis casters minus shaman. Still this is pretty good, but the prince is probably too tough for me to fight yet :(

At level 40 you can easily solo the Prince, was a very easy kill for my 45 Shaman and conned Green. Does not show as Wolf Head, Yay!!!! Has no graphic and i took off my Totemic helm for this. As far as being camped, seems a high level Ranger is always in zone looking for the 4 named creatures(or maybe more, all i know of) I got him shortly after zone reset. Haven't gotten the Brain yet but will keep looking.
Prince?

Skill mod

what does the meditate +3% do? Does mana raises 3% faster? Do you have to stare at the book if you're above level 35 for this skill mod to work?

Ugh, warriors ;) It adds to your skill, so if your meditate skill is 100, with this on it would be 103. Meditate does effect how fast mana regens, but I'm not sure what the skill to point ratio is.

if you'd notice, a lot of races were left out, looks like its just for largs races( if the Vah Shir are large races, that is)
RE: Hmmmm
# Dec 06 2001 at 11:18 PM Rating: Decent
The Vah Shir are a Medium/Large race, like the Barbarians are.

I know 'cause they can wear Medium armour as well as Large.

I'm still upset, because even though the Vah`Shir are supposed to be a "large" race, they can't slam! All the other large races can slam... I was really looking forward to playing a Vah`Shir warrior, too. :(
RE: Hmmmm
# Dec 07 2001 at 10:44 AM Rating: Decent
Don't forget, there is a new Slam skill ( 2hand bashing? ) available to all melee types. You just have to level your Vah Shir warrior up to 50 and put some experience towards those skill points. Not willing to wait til then? I suppose there's always room for one more Ogre Warrior in Norrath.
