Inspected it because I never heard of it and wow great stats. Figured to click on buy and see some crazy price Fit for the moon I was on and guess what? 7pp! Got the shissar cloak to for 7pp. Gave the cloak to my Cleric friend and the Headband to my Monk buddy. I guess they get a great agi bonus cause it raised his ac by 43 he said.

No amount of agility will raise a monk's AC by 43...though the 12 AC on this item might have had something to do with it /grin.
Actually, if you cross the 100 AGI threshold there is a considerable boost to your AC. Long, long ago I got a Serpentine Bracer (+9 AGI, +3 DEX, 1AC)and my AC went up 39 points(My AGI went from the mid ninties to over a hundred.) I replaced a bronze bracer (AC 7 I believe). Getting a second bracer did not have the same effect so the AGI modifier for AC must change when you go over 100.

Finally i got 1 from named Shissar sense i camped 2weeks in Grey. It is great one for my twink Iksak war. Now only need Bp and Leg part drop then i m all done in grey. ( got 3 gloves, 2 boots and 2 cloaks )

This has to be one of the nicest items a monk can wear in the head slot. All I could say when I saw it was WOW!! I had to look twice at its stats because I didn't believe my eyes. The AC is real nice. The agility is incredible and the weight is nice. But the 15svp is perfect for a human monk since they have naturally low poison resistance. I am very pleased with mine

I don't know about you, but I think just about everyone has low Poison resistance. My iksar monk has a normal of 15 svP, 20 after all my equipment (at the moment).
Most headbands are without any graphic when worn (which I prefer) however ocassionally I have seen a headband with the goofy leather cap graphic on humans. Any seen this worn? Using Luclin or old Velious/Kunark graphics? I love the stats, might even replace my Kobold Jester Crown with this one.

A Guildie gave me one i put it on my Iksar monk and sorry no effects on him

Got one of these tonight. On a Halfling druid with the new models turned on, it shows no graphics at all.

I was checking out the bazaar and got one of these for 100p I imagine though that you could get away with selling it from about 700p to 1000p.

I picked one up last night in the Bazaar. There were 3 for sale...High was 1K, I got the low bid at 750p. this seems to be the average range on the Torv server.

Dont have Luclin yet, wont get it here for another week or so. The things ive heard about the grey is that its a vacuum, completely airless. But your right, looks like a sebilis type zone with the quality of the drops coming out already.
It sure looks like the grey is gonna be a monk heaven with some of these drops.
