I noticed that alla has this setup atm for a triv of 31 which it is not cause im 79 and its not triv. According to eqtc is a triv of 95 gonna submit a notice to alla. just a fyi for all of u trying to work on this for skill ups.
Look at that they do read those emails you send when something is wrong..They fixed the triv on the spyglass.

this is INSTANT self only buff..... USE IT AS AN INSTI-CAST CLICK-BUFF FOR DEBUFFING RAIDES... haha cool, and for under 100pp!

Is this an insta-cast item? I need one for high level encounters. Those AoE dispells come too fast to use crap buffs but an insta-cast item and really help protect your good buffs.

Yes - It's istant-cast. Lasts about 5 seconds. However, once cast, I don't know how to cancel the effect as it doesn't generate a buff icon.

Um, yes, this does give a buff icon, a flashing one ( as it is a short lived effect )

looks kind of fun. u can see people far away to see if u should go near them or not. seems kind of useful in some cases.

The effect on this is like when you cast glimpse or click on a Preserved Split Paw Eye. It will zoom in your screen. It doesn't have any particle effects to it though, so it's fun to just wave your arms for no reason =P.
