Odd this anything like the necro spell that creates a EE once and a while ?

I believe the "Cannot parse Chance to create Lifeshard" part of many of the new TSS spells is a generic filler for formulas not yet known.
For instance, I know darn good and well that this spell will *never* create a Lifeshard. However, this spell *can* cause creatures hit by it to be slowed by 65% (Disease-based, adds 24 counters) for 1.5 minutes (without AAs/Foci affecting it) after the stun wears off.
The "Cannot parse Chance to create Lifeshard" may be indicative of the formula used to calculate the chance that a critter will be Slowed; but since the formula's unknown at the moment, it's assigned a generic value to fill the spot until it *is* known.
