Now these are really worth the effort. The Velium greaves would hurt my CHA, because they don't have any. I have guardian greaves now, and one could debate on whether its more valuable to have 5 extra CHA, or 12 extra AC (where bards are concerned) making the effort to obtain the coldain greaves seem futile - but these are undisputably the best bard legs I've ever seen. Are there any better in the game for bards than these?

Yer point? Warriors will always have Higher AC Class Specific armor then any class... They're tanks for cryin out louw.. what do U expect?

These pants totally own the mellodic that I was wearing previously. I just wonder if perhaps skyshrine quest armor might be better with higher resists.

verant just buffed the quest armors in velious because of the risk vs reward factor involved in getting them.

Melodic Greaves are 24 AC, and all the other pieces of quest armor are identical in this regard. Why would these have so much more?

These also require good kael drakkal faction, and probably 9/10 of all guilds on my server are anti-giant and hunt there regularly.

...because the required questarmorpart beside the gems drops in Temple of veeshan, and its much harder to aquire this, ro the reward is much better )

Armor peices drop off mobs in temple of veeshan. you need 3 gems as well, and the ones for greaves are quite rare. So instead of camping pog which is relativly easy, you have to get four peices that can be more difficult. Not only that, but you have to be kindly considers to Tormax faction, which requires lots of mindnumbing work like doing quests over and over..

Not to mention... It's hard as all hell hehe.. The First 8 mobs U go through drop nothing at all and all are on a 1.5 hour spawn time.. so you need to spend your time wisely and move quickly. Not to mention the 8 mobs are all 63+ (con red to lvl 60's) We had 1 Yellow to a 60.....
