Shadowmane Pelt

Stoneroot falls has around 30-40 or so Wolves that drop this, however the drop rate can be exceptionally rare(5% or less). This is one of the intentional major bottlenecks of AAAAs.
There were 4 shadowmanes in Find Fibblebrap 2: Lost Caverns. Name of zone is Caverns of the Lost.

Respawn is said to be about 20-30 min. I never looked. The mobs were spread out in a tiny area, it's possible the stuff down there can pop as Shadowmanes. You can shroud down to 50, I've never tried to go lower. Mobs will spawn as 47ish and they do drop the shadowmane pelts.

Best place is in Stoneroot close to Alternate Dreadspire Zone in Statue ( be carefull after last patch whiterans tend to think they and walk over hills instead of swim so few of them path straight accros in front of statue )

It drops from the Shadowmane wolves in Stoneroot Falls and Dreadspire.
