I was clearing the Plane of Growth for around a week before I finally saw one of these drop. ZAM reports it drops from "An Entoling Essense Channeller" and "Ali the Elder" but I never saw it drop from Ali in like 8 kills. After killing probably nearly a hundred Entoling Essense Channeller's I finally saw it drop off one of those.
Just as a side note, I probably saw about 15 or so of the wizard robes drop. I also killed everything else in the zone except Tunare many times. I just literally spent days there soloing for fun. Lots of spell drops.

My bad, I meant the robe of the elements. Sorry to rant and flame. I a little name mix-up. (It would be easy to mix up wouldn't it?)

There is a quest that you can do to get it FREE. (well, almost, just 23 plat or so) Anyway, go to Joyce in Temple of Solusek Ro. You must have indifferently or higher for her to give quest I think. Otherwise she'll just talk rudely to you. When she talks about how she helps magicians and all that, respond with that you want the robe of conjuartion. Then go to Sol A (I think) and kill fire goblins, loot their skin, then go to Permafrost kill Frost goblins get a skin, then Lesser Faydark, hunt Faerie Guards until they drop a twice woven cloak. Now stop by your friendly mage guild (weither it be Felwithe or Neriak or other) and buy Spell: Elemental Armor. give all this to Joyce at once and she will hand back to you your robe of conjuration. There, better than a plane raid I would say!

I got this robe the other day while attempting to Tunare herself. We failed but the robe dropped off of a very large tree, forget the name. We had may robes drop during that 16 hour day killing everything in PoG.
Well, anyway, I like the robe. Nice upgrade to me FBCR which I passed on to an alt. I do hate the look but the stats are nice.

OK, I just realized something. Look at the stats on this robe....write em down if ya need to. Then, look at the stats on the Arch Mage's Robe from the Thurgadin quest. EXACT same stats. Only difference is the appearance.
At least with this one I could blend in with the lovely green haze of Toxx, LoL

Believe they ment the server Tunare, not the mob, when they said it was a common drop, and after being there frequently for 2 months, i agree, it is a common drop. Have yet to see the wizzie or chanter robe drop in that time. So much for random.

well, I am very lucky that Mages are never in PoG, so it's easy as hell on Tunare. Got it off a "Entolling Essence Channe"(spelling?). hehe also got the pants off a treant. good luck guys, also it is believed that robes/armor drop in the north of PoG, and to my knowledge this appears true.

BP/robes are northeast, hats and other crap are southwest. items can drop off any mob, loot is area based.

If you want it so bad, why would you give a damn about what Tunare thinks of you? Its not like PoG has a bank or anything you need... do your quest there and then get naughty on the wildlife. I did it (cleric of Tunare) and never looked back.

Ohh yah 1 more thing, i sent in a picture of it tonight on a high elf male, should be posted soon. Advisor robe pattern, black on the outside green on the inside, teal belt.

Lol no its not fake, i got it last night off a level 60 totem which also dropped monster summoning 3 at the same time. It uses the robe of advisor pattern and is black on the outside and green on the inside with a teal belt, looks very similar to the enchanter robe....the effect is about 15 second cast tho

Robe dropped off a totem, was red to me at 57...btw the lava shield is almost useless...15-20 second cast, havn't timed it exacly. Mob came from past the river to the north of the portal in, and the totem's also dropped 2 BPs the same night.
