No recommended level keeps the prices high... especially on uberific twink gear.
These are VERY nice for plate classes close to the 60 mark, and most likely an inexpensive piece to buy that will scale with your characters level...
...but the people that feel the urge to level a character from 1 to 20 in 5 minutes rather than 5 hours will usually pay the big bucks for twink gear.
