picked this up the other day in misty as a random drop. Nothing dropped off the named.

The +stat (STA in this case) seems to vary by level, I won this with my 53 Shadowknight, average level 53 or 54 and mod was +5 STA.

just remember that when u add a NO DROP augmentation to an item the item becomes NO DROP
Yes, good point. However, if you want to sell an item later, you can dissolve the augments on the item, which would return the item to not being no drop if it started as no drop.
