This is one of five pages that give clues to the Blood Spells quest. The pages can drop off any of the priest-type Broken Skull XXX mobs, including acolytes, advocates, and maybe proselytes along with the sycophants and initiates already listed. Casting Identify on the person holding the page will tell them the page number. (The EQ item number for this page as found via /outputfile inventory is 18919.)

You no longer need to read Troll to be able to read the pages (which is sort of a shame really). This page says:

A dark figure visits our master. No one knows where he came from or why, but he walked past the guards with no effort. As if they were too afraid to touch him. He went directly to the bed where our master lay and pulled a vial from his robes and poured it into our master's mouth. The dark figure walked quietly out of the room as our master began to convulse on the bed. We do not expect him to live through the night.

You don't actually need the pages to do the quest, but if you want to roleplay it or are just curious how people figured it out, you can bring the pages to quest-giver Grennik Neltrin near the lighthouse. If you're not an appropriate class (CLE/DRU/SHM) she eats the page. Otherwise she gives it back to you and:

Grennik Neltrin scans the scroll and looks up at you. Hmm. This scroll seems to be a page from the book of Nadox. There must be more where this came from. If you can find the other pages you may be able to piece together some better information.

You get the same response for pages 127 and 135. Page 129 nets a different reaction, and despite many hours camping those mobs I never found page 130 so I can't report on her reaction to that one.
