Hes lvl 35, spawn time for all mobs in unrest is 20 mins... I have camped him at least 20 times. I'd say 33% chance that he pops instead of hag ph (on average). Terror is not ph. He drops band everytime unless he drops boots, drops boots like one in 10-15, but Ive seen 2 boots drop consecutively. He pops (or ph) in far right corner if you're looking at it from hallway, far left corner if your standing above pit.
ALWAYS keep your back to the wall when fighting terrors ;)

There are two PH a hag and a Terror both about blue to me at 39 after u kill those its about 10 to 15 min for the ghost to spawn its a random drop i have camped him twice now first time it took me 2 hrs killed the Ghost about 4 times the 2nd time it took us about 9 hrs killing more time than i care to count for them to drop its a very random drop ...

I am still trying to sell them.

anyone know the approx drop rate on these? i know there listed as uncommon....

I just got these today with my Guild (Bushido Clan) and they are nice. I also got a jagged band off the silly ghost too =P. Gezz, he hits hard though so go with a good group(i was lucky to have such great group members). Have fun.
