I have that on my bp

its +atck and +regen, worn. so yes, it does stack, up to the worn atck/regen caps.
100 hp + 15 sta on a neck slot, who cares what the ac is. Oh and that MR will come in handy on mobs that fear, like cazic thule.
Ok well man hate to sound elitist but if you can get to Tower of Sol Ro you are pretty much done with o Cazicboo. Ohh yeah since when did CT start fearing /boggle. Nice piece though.

Not bad stats for a hybred, my large and rather dumb Ogre SK gave up int for ac and dex items.The int and mana on this necklass ain't to shabby.
Also the dex and hp's are fairly nice too.
To tell the truth if I had a choice I'd toss this on my ShadowKnight before my monkie anyday.
