Another good thing about this, is that it appears that it can be cast from inventory. so if you have better and just want to use the spell you dont have to put it on.

Minimum level of 53? My 49 Warrior got a better Cloak than this, quest Cloaks are as good as this and alot easier to get

Lets see here, this cloak is for wis casters, it has +15 wis and when your in an area where everyone is getting diseased it would be nice to free up a spell slot instead of having a form of cure disease up, it has alot of other nice stats too. But i am a ranger and i have a dark cloak of the sky. It would be hard to top that with anything.

These PoP items just keep getting better and better! For this level, though, it should be an instant click. There are many clickable cure items out there already, and that would make this one all the more special.

(/sarcasm on) yeah, instaclick would be great, that way, when something lands a disease dot with 64 counters on me ive just gotta ask an owner of this cloak to target me and mash the hotkey for the thing 8 times (/sarcasm)
i hope that simple scenario illustrates why there will never be an instaclick disease remover, unless the effect is "cure disease" whereas the removal of just 1 counter a cast makes it pointless with spells like counteract out there.
