For the difficulty in getting this item, the stats frankly just suck, I wouldn't even put these on a twink or use for Resist gear.
honestly if you load up a bunch of SU3 pallies when old man Carp is down, this is just icing on the cake. Rats are generally best XP unless the SU3 is broken out(I am on KB- have zone to myself), at which point these knights in east wing are uber xp. The nameds here are all runspeed immune, iirc this one too, and there's such loot to be had in this zone that there's no room to complain. In a patch suxday, I went at here hardcore and got 20k worth of stuff along with 140% of my regular xp bar. COD is awesome- don't bother complaining.
