Ok it sasys this ring cost 286pp on the price check thing above and on my server you can get a +6 wis ring for around 200 to 300 pp so why buy this when you can get a +6 wis ring for less or a little bit more :)
If you click on the link titled pricing data, and look at the entries, you will see that only 3 people have entered prices. One of the three bought the ring from a merchant for an incredibly inflated price. The other two paid 125pp and 150pp for it. Disregard the merchant bought ring, and you've got your price. 137.5pp, which seems fair to me. I'd prefer the +6 wis myself as a cleric, but a pally might prefer the wis/str mix. I'd take either over my +2 wis silver jasper rings, and wouldn't flinch too much at paying 137.5 for these ones. Since these are gold items, and the +6wis are plat, these would be easier to make, and thus the price seems fair.
The problem with your pricing data is that the ruby alone is going to cost the craftsman 131pp and some change, and the gold will cost just over 10pp - and this is with a very high charisma. This means that in order to break even, the craftsman would have to sell to you for 142pp (they will come out a few gold ahead). They will get roughly the same price from a merchant - so no point in dealing with selling to a player if the customer is not willing to pay **minimum** 25pp over cost. This may not be a great ring for most druids, but would be much better than a +6 wis ring for a hybrid who is looking for a little wisdom, due to having the added strength. Just my two cents.
