i cant find this mobs plz help
does one of these drop everytime you drop him?

He drops this item 100% of the time.
Agree with last, have been pulling these for last couple weeks with a single group in hopes to get the peices for Key to Emp.

single groups can kill these mobs to obtain these?
Pretty much all mobs on 2nd floor are phs for the commander and from the 4-5 rings ive lost rolls on he spawns at random locations, with a 4 man group 65 sk, 65 cleric, 62 chanty, 65 monk we were able to get him to spawn every hr or 2.. took 4 and a half hrs to get 3 rings... man this camp is sucky sucky. Only info you need is elites on 2nd floor tend to be unslowable, commander is an sk and packs a mean ht with 191 mr it can be resisted, the non elites can all be mezzed with gok tho there were a few resists. We went to 2nd floor through the door right of the ramp in entrance room... happy hunting
