Tradeskill Window that I used to test how many powders were returned. After breaking a
Spiritual Luclinite Ore apart with a Smithy Hammer in a Forge, the answer is 2.
The 2 Spiritual Luclinite Powders sitting in the middle are on my cursor, along with the
Smithy Hammer sitting beneath them, after clicking the Combine (99%) button once.
You should also adjust the count of powders created/returned on the recipe page:
