I got a Chromatic cloak from a regular old air elemental when I was killing elementals awhile ago forget stats but got like 700pp for it, stats are comparible to this almost as good. I am (GUESSING) that the cloak is air's rare and this maybe one of the other types rare or maybe they are just rares off any elementals

This is ALMOST as good as the girdles for warriors that dropped off several lvl 20 mobs in East Karana during last year's Halloween events. Same ac, just less stats. But then it drops all year long.

Anyone know what creature or creatures drop this?
I would assume, just like most of the other nifty items in this zone, it drops off one of the four elemental "bosses".
