Hit that spot based on the previous post. In addition to those three spawns, there are about 10-12 more spawns within pull spell range, so it's a very good camp to get faction quickly, without having to move or wait for respawns.

Went so quickly, that, along with an illusion thrown in, only had to spend a little less than an hour to get the faction I needed (from threateningly).

Used Dark Elf and Gnome illusions to go from Threatening to Dubious on a Wood Elf Ranger. Will have to grind to Dubious the old fashion way to use the illusion to get into the Amiable faction.

Helenus Politi respawn is very fast, probably two minutes or so. Also two a majestic protectors which you get +6 spawn next to him. The protectors spawn at a much slower rate but it's still great faction.

I heard and have used the fact that if you have an Enchanter cast Illusion Dark Elf on you it increases your faction level

Can confirm Dark Elf illusion boosts faction slightly (from Wood Elf default, anyway).

My logs show the faction hits aren't always the same for every kill in Scorched Woods:

either -7 or -8 for killing a burynai taskmaster, a burynai cenobite, or Overseer Hani
either -4 or -5 for killing a burynai earthstripper
either 4 or 5 for killing a watcher, a forager, a tracker, or a majestic protector
either 7 or 8 for killing a centurion, a naturalist, a deadshot, or Helenus Politi

156 for completing Digging Yourself Deeper or -156 for completing The Last Grove
78 for completing Bad Horses or -78 for completing Burrowing Desecrators

and in every case (quests and kills), a matching opposite hit to Majestic Centurion Alliance at the same time.

Here is a couple quotes from the beta forums about the two different factions.

Also certain races can only go so far down in faction. Tunare worshipping wood elves will never go below amiable with the centaurs no matter how many you kill.
