What is the name of the spell/ability/AA whatever that allows the cleric to heal a target while sacrificing the HP of the rest of the party?
Divine arbitration (an AA ability).
Also, the effect on the epic 1.5 and epic 2.0 does the same thing, but also heals the group afterward.
