I am a new bard , i have just hit level 20 and have no clue where to go get instruments , the ones in baz are 5k plus , lets face it im broke and just cant afford that much plat , anyone know of a quest or a cheaper way to get wind/brass instruments?

Look for defiant Plate armor, it has some sort of instrument mod on it, and is realativly cheap in the Bazaar.
