Can someone tell me some good lv1-20 quests for Iksar Necromancer?
Spells, weapons, and armor anything would help

Do a search here on alla for quests.. you can do them by class and level :)
Go to the Quest section on the left : Click on the darkened word " Quest " at the top then type in Necromancer : go to the bottom of the screen and fill in '20' for highest level and '1' for the lowest.
It will come up with all the Necro quests for your level. Not many , I might add.

Ok my suggestion is to do your newbie armor quests ... in your home town ... after you get those ... go to innothule swamp and kill spiderlings ... hehe avoid the kabolds and the guards ... sell the silks they drop in the bazaar until you can afford to buy some decent armor in the bazaar ... :D best method ... if u see me on send me a tell and i will more than gladly drop some old armor your way and if i have none ill buff you and probably give you a thousand plat or so :D hehe Good Luck ~Xbones~
