Classes: The Warrior

Warriors - the tank class. Combining a powerful offense with a strong defense, warriors are best suited to slugging it out toe to toe with the monsters they face.

What is the best way to develop and play your warrior? What skills are the most useful for a warrior to develop and master? Can a warrior be soloed, and if so how? How should the warrior be played within a group? What weapons and armor whould the warrior seek out?

Post your strategies on how to best play and develop the Warrior and read, rate and comment on what others have to say.

I am in mistmoor now, and i don't mind it, but i was wondering if there were some spots that people might not know about. I am on the mordan rasp server, and have been to highpass, and unrest, but they seem to be dead zones on my server. So if anyone has a nice place to level around this level please post, thanks.

At 25 you can try out Neitherbain Lair which is in the nexus, or you can check out Marus Seru which is in Neitherbain Lair. Both are good/easy to find zones at your level. My 2cp.

For that level Lake of Ill Omen is very good. With enough bandages you can do a decent job soloing when you need to. But at 25 you should be able to pick up a group either as the back up for the higher level MT, or as MT yourself depending on the mobs.

Check the area around the "Windmill" near the goblins and the sarnaks.

I'd suggest using the F.V. stone to get there. Pop into FV in the tunnel and take a right at the intersection. When you come out scan for spiders (pure red death at this level) and then run like heck along the zone wall to the left till you reach the LoIO zone in. Once in the zone follow the stream untill you get to the large lake (don't swim that first pond, the fish swarm you) and turn left. Keep going past the Wind mill (you'll know it when you see it) untill you see the fort on the hill. This is a prime hunting area for you.

Enjoy.
