Wats a good barb war wep that is 1hs for 50pp or less

Watch the bazaar and you may get lucky enough to find a centi short sword for 50-100 plat. It may take a whiole but I buy them for that price and sell for more so you can too. Good damage, speed and +5 to str and more make a pretty nice wep.
Of course this all depends on what you mean by good and what lvl you are.
To get a good cheep weapon you need to buy weapons that are common but not popular. In todays game this means weapons that do not have a proc.
The first good cheep weapon I would consider is the Langseax (6/23) you can get this for free by doing the quest.
Next would be the Silvery War Axe (6/22) This drops off mobs that are in the area monks kill to get an epic drop so they are still around.
Then there is the Blackened Alloy Longsword (10/29) This drops in the same zone as the BAM so is often brought back to the bazaar by those hunting the BAM.
Then there is the Icetooth Claw. (11/29) a nice weapon but do to the fact that is is primary only it tends to be cheep.
The above are all good and should be obtainable for less than 20pp.
If these weapons are not what you consider good then the next step up would be weapons like the centi shortsword (12/25), the swords below tent to be a little less popular than the CSS so you maybe able to get them for less.
There is the Sarnak Skull Splitter (12/26) drops in Chardok, a popular zone with some soloers and with folks doing clerick and monk epics.
The Jagged Blade of Mourning (13/25) drops in the same zone.
The Sword Breaker (12/24) Drops in OS at the most popular camp in that zone.
Then there is the GSC (12/23) that is nodrop and primary only that can be had for the asking in ME.
Any weapon better than the above is not likly to be found for as little as 50pp.

I don't know what server you are on, but this happened to me, and you should atleast check it out.
In Toxullia forest Undead spawn at night, if people are killing those undead (they are around level 30 I think) ask if you could have any of their no drop 1hs weapons.
I recieved a BladeCatcher of the Marshal:

+3 Str
+2 Sta
+3 Dex
+5 vsMg
+5 vsCold
+5 HP
1.7 Wt
Slot types: 4
Shock of Ice: 35 dd
It's a nice weapon especially for a character under level 30. If people there have no need for it, I'm sure they'll let you have it for free, since it's No drop.

The only other thing I could advise you to do is just keep your eye out at the bazaar, sometimes you'll get real lucky and find a great weapon for real cheap.

i am a lvl 35 warrior named lingurdar on the stromm server and i have the worste problems finding the perfect weapons i have blade catcher of the marshall and green jade broadsword i need 1 better weapon do any of u guys have any suggestions please respond if u find anything OH AND PLEASE DO NOT MIND MY SPELLING IF I SPELLED ANYTHING WRONG LOL!!!!
